Last updated: November 7, 2026. This policy applies to EasyLab Contacts Sync, an internal tool operated by EasyLab for approved team accounts.

Google user data accessed

With the Google account holder’s consent, the app requests the Google Contacts scope and accesses only contact fields needed to search for, match, create, or update EasyLab customer contacts, including names, phone numbers, organization, addresses, notes, contact identifiers, and metadata. The source EasyLab CRM contains customer names, phone numbers, business names, addresses, internal customer IDs, and limited order references and dates, which may be written to authorized Google Contacts accounts.

Purposes of use

We use the data solely to synchronize customer contact records with approved staff Google Contacts accounts, avoid duplicates, and support customer service and follow-up. It is not used for personalized advertising, data brokerage, or unrelated profiling.

Storage and security

EasyLab customer information is maintained in the company's Google Sheets–based CRM. OAuth refresh tokens are stored in the project's Google Apps Script Script Properties; synchronization mappings and operational statuses are recorded in the CRM spreadsheet. Authorized administrators control access to the system. Requests to Google's APIs use HTTPS. No system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Sharing and disclosure

Customer contact data is synchronized only to Google Contacts accounts explicitly approved for EasyLab team operations. We do not sell Google user data or disclose it to advertisers or data brokers. Google processes information under its applicable service terms.

Retention and deletion

Customer records and synchronization logs are retained as reasonably necessary for company operations, customer service, and legal requirements, then deleted when no longer required. An authorized user can revoke access in their Google Account permissions or contact us to request disconnection. Disconnecting stops future synchronization but does not automatically delete contacts already added to Google Contacts or records retained in the EasyLab CRM. Requests for access, correction, or deletion can be sent to the address below and will be handled according to applicable obligations.
