مزامنة جهات الاتصال في EasyLab
أداة داخلية لمساعدة فريق EasyLab المصرح له على حفظ بيانات التواصل الخاصة بعملاء المصنع في حسابات Google Contacts المعتمدة، لتسهيل خدمة العملاء ومتابعتهم.

- يسجّل فريق EasyLab بيانات العميل داخل نظام إدارة العملاء والطلبات.
- بعد موافقة صاحب حساب Google، ينشئ التطبيق جهات اتصال أو يحدثها داخل الحساب المصرح به.
- يشمل ذلك اسم العميل، أرقام التليفون، اسم الجهة، العنوان ومعلومات محدودة مرتبطة بطلب العميل، بحسب البيانات المسجلة في نظام EasyLab.
- يستخدم Google People API للوصول إلى جهات الاتصال اللازمة لتحديد ما إذا كان العميل مسجلًا بالفعل ومنع التكرار.
- التطبيق مخصص لحسابات فريق EasyLab المعتمدة، وليس دليل جهات اتصال عامًا أو تطبيقًا للإعلانات.
ABOUT THE APPLICATION
EasyLab Contacts Sync
EasyLab Contacts Sync is an internal CRM utility for authorized EasyLab staff. With the Google account owner's consent, it uses the Google People API to find matching contacts and create or update customer contact records in the approved Google Contacts accounts.
Synced fields may include customer contact name, phone numbers, organization, address, EasyLab customer identifier, and limited order reference information. The application is not a public contacts directory and is not used for advertising or resale of Google user data.

ربط حساب Google يتم بموافقة صاحبه فقط. يستطيع صاحب الحساب إلغاء وصول EasyLab من إعدادات حساب Google. ويمكنه التواصل مع EasyLab لإيقاف المزامنة أو الاستفسار عن بياناته.
